"I'm in my early-mid 30s and the challenge for the last several years has been trying to find the right look that is my age which can be difficult since so many places seem to cater to either juniors or women of an older generation with very few options for those of us in between who want something more than basic vanilla pieces.  Add to that a change in workplace a couple years ago that is more fashion forward than the conservative offices I've worked in the past and I was due for a fresh perspective.
